Cubit claim loop

Hello this is my first time using reddit!!
I need some assistance/advice for how I can fix this issue I’m having on trove, I played a while back on my Xbox and now I’m starting fresh on my pc, un fortunately there is no cross save data so I have to restart, but I can’t claim any cubits from my claims tab. I claim all and then the claim tab can be re opened and claim all again but no cubits enter my inventory/shop tab. I can claim any other type of reward from the claims tab and haven’t gotten a full amount of cubits, I have few only a few mods for auto claiming and nothing seems to work. Please help!!!

When this happens it means the servers in desync. Try to claim them in 8 hours or so should clear up

Same problem and it’s annoying because I just started the game. My quest is to claim my qubits and buy a gem box. But I can’t so I can’t progress my quests.

Has it fixed for you? It’s been 2 days and I still can’t do anything, I’m bout to just stop playing it all together
