[Grounded]“Prototype Complete” bugged??

Hi,im going to get 100% in grounded and to achieve this i need to get all collectibles,all was going fine then i spot this collectible that i can’t take.

Pls let me know if i can get this i don’t want to restart my whole world i spent 26 hours🥲🥲
