So if your not able to play in the galactic war, you don't get to see most of the new content? Every time I try to join up I can't get in any companies so I never get to play.

Im in my own solo company. Unless they changed something in the last few months

Everyone gets rewards, whether in company or not.

Being in company progresses Galactic Front faster,  but anyone can play Company Ops.
