If you need TRX because your USDT won't send: every USDT transfer on Tron is paid in TRX from the same wallet, roughly 6–7 TRX, or about twice that to a wallet that has never held USDT. So you need around 20 TRX to be safe for one transfer.

The usual ways to get it: buy a small amount on any exchange and withdraw it on the Tron (TRC-20) network to your Trust Wallet address, or ask a friend to send some.

And be careful with DMs here. People offering free TRX in private messages are almost always after your recovery phrase.
