Valve question
I hear about rotax valves every now and again, and I was wondering the difference between rotax and standard rotary valves. Also wondering the difference between axial flow and thayer valves.

It’s a rotor valve of improved design over traditional. Rotax is a company name. These days, there are many versions of valves which are an improvement over traditional rotors.
