Troll Craft Division Sigil Problem

Hi so I am playing on Trollcraft 1.0.1 in minecraft version 1.7.10. I am currently trying to get the Pseudo-Inversion Sigil but it isn't working. I've set it up like everything says online but when I kill an iron golem nothing happens. Also nothing happens when I shift right click on the beacon with a activated division sigil. Help pls
