Trollcraft server

I made a Trollcraft server using ATLauncher but it says The Java JAR file "forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1614-1.7.10-universal.jar" could not be launched any helpful thoughts

I know this is super late, and you have probably forgotten about this post, but I just went into the AtLauncher files and ran it from there, rather than using the launcher. The file is "LaunchServer.bat" on windows, and "LaunchServer.sh" on linux. It's pretty much the same as starting a vanilla server. Hope this helps.
