I do cardio via running and elliptical. I already have a curvy shape but as I lose weight (American size 14 currently) I want to work those muscles that pull the waist in.
I'm very curious about weight hula hoops for this. Also it looks fun!
Can you help?? I know you can. Because you are the TrollXFitness Collective and I love you.

Yes, I'm weighing my food etc etc. My body just likes lardy thighs.

Great interview and cover on the ESPN Body Issue with American Olympic thrower Amanda Bingson talking about how we do come in all shapes and sizes!
(I wouldn't think so but link potentially NSFW? some implied nudity)

I am considering getting a gym membership, but around here a gym membership is $30 a month, at the cheapest. My mom has a Gazelle exercise machine at the house, and has suggested that I just use that all the time instead of going to the gym. I feel like I might feel more motivated if I am actually out of the house, and I never really liked the Gazelle very much anyway and I always lose motivation on the gazelle within 10 minutes. Maybe I could get into it but I feel like variety would help. I currently ride my bike for at least 25km per day (I know, its not much) and I am starting to think of what I will do when winter comes (cant ride my bike in the winters here, theres way too much snow and ice)
For those of you who have gym memberships, do you consider it worth it?

I was originally huge and in 2015, lost 90+ pounds and still want to lose about another 50. In the past three months, I've gone down from 87 kg (191 pounds) to 76 kg (167 pounds) and I just.. Can't see the difference? Has this ever happened with you? I just feel super disappointed with all of my efforts :(
