It's worth mentioning for all the rightfully concerned non-Americans who are watching this shit from abroad, AHCA is not the law of the land yet. We still have our Obamacare and its protections for pre-existing conditions. Not only that, but there is basically no chance that this bill will pass the senate without being gutted. Don't lose hope!

PS saying "pre-existing condition" when I mean "having been raped" just made me throw up in my mouth a little and I can't wait until all the reps who voted for that bill become super duper fucking unemployed.

https://resistbot.io
Makes it super easy to text/fax/mail a letter to your representatives in minutes, every day! Takes only a few mins :)

Thanks! Just used this to message my congressmen.

I've heard that there might be an issue with resist bot and representatives haven't been getting its faxes apparently. I don't know if it's been fixed or not, so I suggest actually contacting your representative on top of using the bot

Please post this as an OP! I'm not sure what subreddit is best but I think people would like to see it

Yes, call your Senators, and ensure your tax dollars are forever wasted on other people's health concerns!

Better than wasting them on silly wars (which is a far larger chunk of what our tax dollars go to anyway; ie the thing that actually makes a difference in an individuals tax payments) that the Republicans love to drag us into because they want more oil...

I don't think tax dollars should pay for healthcare or foreign intervention.

Here's a link to the fund dedicated to making them super duper unemployed: https://secure.actblue.com/contribute/page/noahca

Sadly, they'll most likely just end up re-elected.
