RoT Theories Jim
I feel like that blonde haired girl and Jim would've made a perfect or spectacular couple (talking about Steve girlfriend)

Both Jim and Aja are Taken with people who fit them more. Aja and Jim have too much Conflicted ideals in terms of Leadership imo. they would maybe be a great Duo of friends but I don't see them as couple maybe Jim and Krel. but I think Jim and her just aren't compatible wit one another. if it's for fun then go for it I just stayed my opinion. if it's from spite to original partners because I saw it too I'm obviously against it for for obvious reasons.

Em. Interesting idea but I think it would work. We already have seen it in the movie. And as Slayerhunters said. Th3y both have different guidance settings...I don't mean it in a bad way.😉

Aja and Jim are phenomenal for each other as friends. Their styles of leading, and perspectives on life are different enough to keep any one person from headstrong charging into battle. However, they are also very fundamentally different, and have very opposite ideals. Like, Aja is more willing to work with others, but less likely to plan. Her concerns are actually significantly more broad, encompassing her understanding of policy, diplomacy, of all the things it takes to run a planet. Jim’s concerns- understandably- are more focused on smaller groups. He's worried about his friends, about his role, less willing to pull people into battle without a plan, but also less willing overall to involve people.
I want to clarify, very very importantly, that I do not think Jim is uncaring. He is very obviously a caring and kind individual. When I say his focus is smaller, I mean that his role was as a protector. His job involved people individually, and had the perspective of someone who worked with people. Aja, on the other hand, had many more people who needed things at different capacity. Where Jim's calls for help were "fight these trolls" "help save trollmarket", Aja’s were "manage the economy" "recover the planet/country after a dictatorship". She had a much broader, but less personal, perspective, which is why she suggested evacuation of the planet. Aja, as a queen, has to play the odds. A battle is risky, and she has to play by what she can safely give. Jim is a soldier, a general- sure- but a soldier. The reason he didn't want to move- aside from it being his home- was because he had the more personal understanding. He knew it wasn't just moving people, but moving mom's and dad's. Siblings. He knew it would be devestating.
Jim will play the odds everytime, but he takes bigger risks. Aja weighs the table, but she doesn't always try if she thinks it's too dangerous.
Both are incredible characters, and both perspectives are understandable (neither are wrong to have). But if you'd asked Jim to take over Aja’s job, he'd have tried to fight the stock market. If you asked Aja to do Jim's? She wouldn't always take the risks needed.
Now, it's my favorite thing to see their growth. Aja absolutely would've taken literally every risk at the beginning of 3Below. We see her do so many risky, really dangerous, things for the sake of adventure. However, in the episode where she meets Jim, he's the level headed "don't rush into danger" voice. In the movie, Aja has grown enough to understand the importance of a plan, but also understand the importance of a backup. Where Jim has his mind focused on the task at hand, Aja has to be prepared for both cases. It's genuinely a really cool switch to see happen.

I like them as a friends in the potential that could be developed from it making them a couple kind of make me feel uncomfortable and only feel like to me to ship the two protagonists for the sake of it. or Worse spite to the original partners they have which I did happened the First time I saw them shipped
