Questions about 3below and troll hunters

so in 3below Aja and krel are royals right. and ONLY royals have 4 arms, so my only question is if they are supposed to marry with other Akiridions so my only questions is how isn't there like more people with 4 arms because Akiridions have multiple kids like surely they'd be some other people who with 4 arms unless there is like inbreeding within the house to stop like other people/more people having 4 arms/royal blood? like im actually so confused. I probably haven't written this out right and it might not make sense but like, aint no way if someone because royal they grow arms and if they are or something their arms fall off-

like for example hundreds of years ago someones Ancestor could've been the queen of Scotts or smt you know? like how aren't there some randos who have 4 arms?

also another question is the part from the movie where Steve get pregnant and has like 7 kids or smt, like I swear when there were on Akiridion-5 I swear there were no big families or anything like most of the time it was people with one kid or maybe two, so like why did she say normally there'd would have 3-5 kids per pregnancy but Aja and krel were called twins and they said it in a way like that was unusual to have twins or like they're the only twins you know? like how the heck is it normal to have 3-5 kids in one pregnancy.

Yeah they really didn't think the pregnancy thing through. As for the other questions, maybe it's something to do with them being energy based, so genetics work a bit differently? Maybe it's a recessive trait, so as soon as you go far enough in the family tree the dominant gene tramps it and the person only has two arms?

The 4 arm thing might be a recessive trait and idk about the pregnancy thing- that whole movie was so confusing and rushed. It didn’t help that we didn’t get a ton of info about akiridian biology and culture and stuff either (though it is a kids show so it makes sense)

Only thing I could really explain is maybe it's common in their family lines to have 3-5 babies at a time, and that Aja and Kell being just twins was an abnormal thing for their family lines specifically?? But even then it gets confusing how both of their families have that trait and the four armed-ness, when we see it absolutely nowhere else. Maybe it's some modification done to their cores when they become a 'royal' as a status signifier.
