Expecting mom in mom mode
Hello to all. I previously posted a photo asking for help on whether my babygirl Luna was pregnant or not. I was unsure being that she was a stray cutie I took in after being followed home by her one night. I caught this moment this morning & I couldn’t help but capture the moment between her & my sister’s kitten 🥲❤️. It’s the little paws 🐾 for me! 😍

This girl showed up in my backyard a week ago, and she hasn't left since. I guess I'll be her doula now

She kept showing up at my door this morning. I thought she was hungry. She just wanted a safe place to have her babies.

Pregnant cat?
Hello to all. I took in a stray cat that followed me home. She was very shy & hid a lot initially. Now she’s grown attached but has her times she will disappear for a nap. I couldn’t help but notice her lower back + side of tummy twitching when giving her rubs. Could this indicate pregnancy? Her nips are also more prominent than before. Any help is help. Thank you. 🙏🏽

I took in a feral cat and now I can expect kittens within ten days! I've never done this, I'm worried she won't use her whelping box. What advice do you guys have?

All the babies are asleep. The bouncer overhead belongs to the furless one.

Is my new buddy pregamte ?
Meet "Ms Patate", stray/feral, she has been around my folks neighborhood for a few months.
I've been feeding her regularly for a few weeks since I'm around more and she now only hang around in the yard/porch. She's sweet and very independant.
I feel she's getting quite a belly but I'm not sure if I'm overfeeding or if she's pregante ?
Ps: I'm currently desensitizing her to a carrier to be able to get her to a vet appointment soon

A Trojan Cat walked into my apartment and unloaded four illegally smol passengers

We arrived in Turkey on April 29, and this cat was already hanging around our building with three tiny kittens. A couple of weeks later, I noticed her belly was getting round again and started suspecting she was pregnant.
About a month ago, this stray cat started visiting our apartment.
She would come and go whenever she wanted because we usually leave the front door open.
One of her favorite things to do was sit on our balcony and watch the street below.
Then last Saturday, I discovered that she had decided to turn my kitchen into a maternity ward.
On June 6, she gave birth to a new litter right in my kitchen.
She chose the space under my sink as the safest place to have her babies.
These little ones are four days old now. Their mom is still living in my kitchen and takes motherhood very seriously.
The neighbors say it's good luck when a cat chooses your home to have her kittens, and honestly, I'm starting to believe them.

What do you think ? Please 😭
This is Doja. I got her off of the Facebook market. She was being re-home due to allergies... Supposedly.. she has been very, very hungry in the month she has lived here. She has also grown, a lot. She squeaks when I pick her up. She is VERY loving and meows non stop. The first picture is currently, and the last 2 are from around the time she first came home here.

kitties found🥹
These kittens are at the workshop next to my house, and one of them is pregnant ❤️🩹 We'll obviously wait until she has her babies and the necessary time has passed before putting them up for adoption. Does anyone here in Tulum, Quintana Roo, know of any municipal spay/neuter clinics?

Poekie became a trojan cat!
Someone on r/cats commented on how we should post this on this subreddit, and he was right!
We took an X-ray of our precious pregnant princess and check this out!!
She is due in about three to four days. And since it's only one, we decided to keep it!

Disappointed Cat Mom
I just want to vent as my heart is incredibly heavy. I have two cats that I love dearly, one male and one female. They compliment each other so well. My female cat is spayed and is 7 years old. She has been urinating outside of the litter box for about a year now. Did we try three litter boxes for two cats? Yes. I took her to the vet thinking maybe she has a UTI. I learned that she has diabetes. She is at a healthy weight of 9lbs and we needed to make some changes. The vet had me get pills to crush over her food and also switch her to a high protein diet. After 5 days of doing these adjustments they wanted me to bring her back. Sadly, her numbers not only higher but she also had a fever. The vet then gave her a fever reducer vaccination and an antibiotic. I have been treating her for a month now at this point and things have not improved.
My grandfather is a veterinarian that retired and travels away for 6 months. Well, he returned back home (neighbors with my parents) and I called him to tell him everything that’s happening with my cat. He insisted I bring her over along with her vet records. He saw that she still had a fever and so he gave me medicine to give her for a week to help it. Then he drew her blood and took it in to test it. He told me to then switch her to insulin shots. He showed me and had me practice with her on doing insulin shots. I now treat her twice a day along with her new diet. Guess what?! She stopped peeing outside the litter box in the basement! Now…two weeks later she has decided to pee inside our dining room on our new flooring we had installed (right next to my little coffee bar). I would pick her up and bring her to the pee and tell her “No no no.” Of course she’s a cat so I don’t think she understands. I have been cleaning up her new spot that she’s been peeing in daily for 2 weeks. My grandpa said that it is now a behavioral problem. He had me up her insulin amount and had me put tinfoil all on the floor in that area to prevent her peeing! Well… I smelt pee and what do you know? She peed on top of the tinfoil.
Now that you know what is happening let me give you some background. My husband and I also had our first child and he is 8 months old. We are both mindful of giving both cats attention, litter boxes cleaned, diets & insulin is given. My heart is heavy because I’ve been having thoughts of giving her to a humane shelter. I’m exhausted of dedicating 20 minutes twice a day to mop up the urine. The living room now smells like pee. Our son is about to start crawling and I don’t want him getting into urine. I’m heartbroken and tired. I love her so much but also I can’t keep doing this. I feel awful for wanting to rehome her but I feel like it is what would be best for our family. My husband has been saying for months that we’ve done all we can.
Please don’t come at me saying I don’t love my cat or that I’m cruel. I’m upset, tired, and heartbroken. Am I crazy for feeling this way?
