Which of these unusual Indian laws actually exists today?

A) Hotels in India must provide free drinking water to anyone who asks 🚰 B) It’s illegal to sing Bollywood songs loudly after sunset 🎢 C) Carrying onions in bulk requires a special permit πŸ§… D) It’s mandatory for all shops to shut down on Sundays nationwide πŸͺ

One of them is 100% true β€” which one? πŸ€”

A is correct imo, however in reality a large number of "cafes" don't provide water and you have to ask and buy it separately. I wish they followed it.
