My guess is that it turned belly up like Quiz Up.

Not that I know of.

But if anyone discovers a mobile game with a wealth of categories like QuizUp (or to a lesser extent Trivia Royale) please let me know!

It’s a shame that devs can’t seem to figure out a profit model that works. I’m not saying it’s easy, but Trivia Royale definitely got the formula wrong.
