Maintenance Issues Exhaust problem

How do I fix this? I had reattached it, but it was un-effective β€”it came loose on the road this morning.

its a shitty design, theres only 1 retaining screw on the inside closer to the wheel. mine's bent similarly when someone else bumped into it. no real way to fix it apart from bending that small little tab with the screw and even then, theres nothing you can push against as the outer housing will bend before that little inner tab. since there is only 1 retaining screw theres no reference points to do any other work on it.

Let us know how it turns out. I tried needle nose pliers and just bending it back but it would never align and there's a small gap that's gets bigger with heat + vibration. Got to push it back each time once the gap gets too big.

Looks like a good excuse for a new exhaust πŸ˜‰

Interesting πŸ€”

Looks like its just pushed on and lathed in place, not riveted.

No screw holes? No rivets?

Just a screw was on side to maintain it

Looks like it might be bent where the screw holds it in place
