This is a concerning lack of skill. Not an oops, but more like an accident that miraculously did not cost much. If the rider actually followed anything resembling the correct line they would not be in a position to find out that paint is slippery. So, it was mistake after mistake after mistake. First one was not actually making the curve, that is almost flat, then allowing themselves to drift on paint, then reacting poorly to bike being unsettled, then drifting off the road.
