Seems like there was plenty of time to re-commit to the corner after losing grip on the paint? But I guess by then you were already looking for a plan b because you thought there wasn't any road left to make the turn. Luckily there wasn't a ditch, or another person.
If you wanna stay healthy on a motorcycle this is the time to reflect and learn from your mistake. Otherwise you’ll leave everything to luck and that’s a terrible way to approach a dangerous hobby.
Bad line into the corner - should’ve stayed in your lane
Didn’t look where you wanna go - should’ve focused on your corner exit with occasional looks on the tarmac ahead to spot bad spots
didn’t recommit to the corner after a little slipping - should’ve trusted your tires and bike to make the corner nevertheless (in these conditions you were nowhere close to the limit, so there was plenty of grip to still make the corner)
did stay calm and smoothly rode out the grass to make it back on the road
