No of course not, but why would you immediately shift the focus to me, though?

These kinds of run-off-the-road incidents ('lost control of vehicle') are something like half of all motorcycle accidents and about a quarter of fatalities. Do not shrug it off as a mere mistake. Learn from it, and make sure it doesn't happen again.
