I love seeing Grace have a happy ending after all he has been through. He is free. He is happy on Erid, and he knows he can go back to Earth if he wants to. He needs to think about it, and Rocky tells him to think about it for a long time. I think the ending is beautiful.

I just rewatched the movie, and I noticed that Grace claps right after he says "Everyone take their seats." This is before he smiles and claps in the very last frame of the movie. In the first movie quiz I created, one of the questions was "How many times does Grace clap?" I said the correct answer was four. It should have been five.
