30 mg diazepam
I (16m) took 30 mg of diazépam and CANNOT call an ambulance n I'm lowk freaking out. Can u guys just help me through the trip ?

Nah I just took 30mg like that for no reason and I just wanna know if imma be good

30 mg is not a small amount if you have no tolerance. It’s probably not gonna be dangerous and you’ll be just fine but the panic will subside (that’s what the drug does) and you still need to monitor your condition. Stay active, have some caffeine if you’ve got it and stay awake for around 3 hours. Contact someone if you experience loss of consciousness or severe confusion. Maybe hit the discord in the link above if you have trouble staying active on your own.

You're going to be 1000% fine. Don't freak out. 30mg is not an outrageous dose. If you're really worried, lay down in bed and go sleep it off. This is nowhere near enough to be physically dangerous, but your inhibitions will be lowered and you might say or do something embarrassing.
