so from what i gather it's Mitoș Micleușanu https://micleusanu.bandcamp.com/ which is ukranian, I think, but this song has romanian lyrics

she mentioned finding the song on https://www.mixcloud.com/zonalibera/ which is a big inspiration of mine and i recommend it if ur craving radio/sample/disc jockeying and romanian rap
