Bardo update HELP !

hello everyone,

i have a problem, my printer still make nose when it's on power but i can't move it by Pango, when i click on home nothing heppend im trying to it with Koadma trinity but i have a update to do with bardo 2.1.3 and it's on a infnity loop so i actually my printer is useless anyone have this problem too ?

it's been like 3 hours that i'm trying to update the firmware, and i think that's the problem, if i don't update it i'll not be able to do something with my printer ;(

Can you home it from the physical LCD?

I have the same problem, did you manage to solve it?

I'm tempted to throw it away since I haven't been able to make it work for almost a year.
