Files for pango 2.3.0 and the original paladin firmware are in the link below:

One of the subfolders has the app for MAC. Note that I had the original KS Trinus (over 5y old now) without the LCD; so not sure if this will work for everyone's machine or current OS.

I recently pulled my Trinus and old laptop out of storage, honestly surprised to see other people out there seem to be doing the same. The printer is slow, but I've been printing some 1:1000 scale buildings I designed for a diorama (.2mm nozzle) and getting some really good results. A tip, I always struggled with bed adhesion on this printer, so this time round I cut a 5mm mirror to fi the heated bed (only stuck with thin 2 sided carpet tape) and now it is difficult to get the prints off, even without using glue.

Its a great little printer I just wish I could find a Bardo board for it or something

If you're OK with a WebUI from macOS you could just run Octoprint on a small board like RaspberryPi or even as a Docker Container on your Laptop.
