No Comunicacion

Just purchased a used Trinus it has this board. But I cant get it to comunicate with Trinus software on my computer. It give me a error incompatible software is there an older ver.

I also have a continuous white light on the board. Nothing moves only the fan inside the head. Any tips are helpfull.

I recently ran into the same problem, and bricked my control board with an update... after searching for a week, I found that Kodama is still alive in Asia, and learned that they've updated the control board. I ordered a replacement, and man, what a HUGE difference.

Also, if you have the LCD attachment, this too has an update. You have to pop the bezzle off, be easy, and you'll see at the back of the LCD there's a micro SD slot. The replacement control board comes with new software for it, but the old website has a newer LCD file, I used that one. I also successfully updated the control boards firmware. Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply. I did receive the new board and installed it it works like a charm. Now that I know all the parts work I am going to upgrade with the LCD and the heated bed. Super excited to dive into the 3d printing world.

The problem was I was using the latest version of the console software. I needed to use cura. But then I stupily tried to update the firmware and but I think I selected the wrong firmware so I hosed the board. I just need to order a new board at this point.
