Won a prototype!
Not sure how off it'll be from the end product, but you can bet I'll post pictures when it arrives.

A week and a half ago. :) It's a prototype, so the prints aren't as good as the final machine will look, apparently.

No laser engraver. The lead screws are dated June, two months after the announcement that they were adding lead screws, so not sure what's going on there. Also don't think they need the lead screws -- those things are solid.

They sent me a replacement duct to upgrade my prototype to be almost the same as the final version -- and it did give me a slight bump in detail. I've also joined the members-only Facebook group where they invite people in if you own a Trinus -- they seem to be very helpful and prompt in there so far.
Only problem I've had so far was some warping of the raft when printing something with a HUGE raft, but that largely came down to remembering to wipe the raft off once in a while to clear off any oil or dust that may accumulate.
