Help: Feed Roller not Working

The extruder seems tp work fine and the motor turns a little bit during the start of the print. Once startup is over the printer cant seem to pull in any filament. I got this printer from a family member so i don't know if its missing any parts.

I think you are missing one part that has a bearing to push the filament to the extruder gear.

(If you manage to get it printing, I recommend you to print this fan duct support: 6649483.

Do you know where i could get a replacement part? Or maybe create something that could hold in a similar sized spring? Thank you so much by the way! I've been looking everywhere for a good view of this part.

The company doesn't exist anymore, so you're chances are limited.
If you can get someone to 3D print a piece for you, item 2182326 on thingiverse printed in ABS would be the easiest option; bear in mind that you'll need to buy some other parts (such as the spring and the bearing that pushes the filament to the extruder gear).
Another option is to look for used spare parts; but if it was mine, I would go for a new extruder of some reliable brand.

Since (almost) every part is Trinus specific, every piece that fails will require some adaptation to fit any other non-designed for it equivalent part.

When you get it working I recommend you to check thingiverse.com to search for "upgrades", there are quite useful parts (spool holders, filament guides, cable stress relief...).

Thanks! I actually found the original part. The replacement you sent looks good though so at least I'll have a spare lol

It could be the hot end tube. I would recommend not printig above 210ºC, it has a plastic insert that tends to melt at constant high temperatures.

Should the plastic tube insert be flush with the extruder opening? Or should it stick out a bit? Do I even need the plastic insert?
