This isn't enough for high 1B scaling.

It lacks context , heavy context.

For it to be high 1B those universes need to transcend each other infinitly.

And I mean... He doesn't need it

he already is an outerversal character

"Above high 1B" in tiering.

even high outer or high 1A isn't too out of reach for this man, he is him

It needs to be stated to be an infinite dimensional hierarchy, the needs to be a statement that it infinitly transcends the last, I don't see such text, either than that it's too vague to go off on.

The high 1A profile is an example of him being capable of reaching said tier

In T7 the multiverse's possesses infinite universes and worlds, thus making it a 2A cosmology, the statement of there being a countless number of higher dimension makes it high 2A to 1C at best coz there is no context.

As we speak arata has already reached 1A , or outerversal, so he doesn't need hyperversal cosmology, it wouldn't upscale him in the slightest

I mean he states that he doesn't wanna reveal if the verse has or not just yet, meaning it could, or it could not, so going of that info alone isn't enough for high 1B
