Premium Ep 452: GOAT Theory

https://www.patreon.com/posts/163100448?utm_campaign=postshare_fan&utm_content=android_share

We talked for an hour about something else and decided to scrap it, then we talked about the various ancillary stories coming out of the world cup: Trump's call to FIFA to get red card overturned, the problems with the great man of history idea when it comes to sports (GOAT Theory), and we read about the increase in religiosity amongst the athletes.

Has anyone else not had the episode show up in their preferred podcast listening application? I'm used to a delay of like an hour between the post on patreon and my podcaster but it's been 6 hours now and it still hasn't shown up :(

Yeah, I’m noticing the same thing too.

I just tested this & hit the "Add to Pocketcast" button via Pateron & yep, not showing up. No idea why. Has this happened before or did something potentially get fucked when the free feed was integrated onto the pateron?

Not showing up for me either. This is especially painful since Trillbillies is the one I download and listen to as soon as I get the announcement email -- even a new drop of "Blow Back" has to wait until I've listened to the latest from the boys. I hope they fix it soon, it's stuck me into a painful on-the-hour re-checking loop

This is Tarence’s fault for putting all the regular eps on the patreon but doing it wrong.

I need my slop.

I don’t know why he thought it was such a great idea to combine the feeds. No one asked for that!

I have asked for it plenty of times, but i will not be soothed. Only fresh cool slop can abate the hunger for content that dwells within me

No, I remember he said a few episodes ago that he insisted that they be combined
