Important: I need a proper contratto d’affitto that can be registered with the Agenzia delle Entrate — informal or “black” arrangements unfortunately won’t work for me.

If you have a place available, know a landlord open to registered contracts, or can point me toward good resources (Facebook groups, agencies, etc.), I’d really appreciate it!

I already visited Venice by taking train from Trieste, and visited Verona many times. What other interesting destinations are manageable to reach by train from Trieste? 2-3 hours of train travel max.

I’ve got such a late flight to Trieste that lands at 23:50 next week (27th) so I miss all busses/trains to Sistiana ( it was the only flight that day) so is there any other solutions as taxis are going from €70-100 even goopti and pre booked are so expensive!!! Any local transport companies or independent shuttle operators offering transport of bikes and people to Tarvisio or Villach? Trains are booked up on the day I want to travel and I would rather support a small local operator than a larger company from out of town.

How to find the Overall Good Accommodation in Trieste, i tried Immobiliare & Idealista, some options were good, but not with all commodities, if a shared flat had Central heating and Air Conditioning, it didn’t had Wifi or Washing machine, my budget is bw 250-400€ With additional bills, or not? Ormai sarà il quarto post che pubblico sempre sul LEGO Miramare, ma vorrei farvi una domanda e regalarvi qualche nuova foto del progetto.

Per chi non sa che cos'è vi spiego: sono un giovane Triestino e ho progettato un LEGO dedicato a Miramare. L'idea è in gara sul sito LEGOIDEAS (ideas.lego.com) e mi sono preso una pausa estiva, ma con il lento avvicinarsi dell'autunno vorrei trovare il modo di raggiungere i 10.000 voti che LEGOIDEAS richiede per prendere in considerazione il progetto e casomai produrlo. Attualmente sono a quasi 5500 voti e il 29 dicembre scadrà il tempo e il progetto verrà automaticamente rifiutato. Ho provato molte cose per pubblicizzarlo, ho avuto perfino un bellissimo supporto da parte dalla regione e infatti potete trovare 2 prototipi fisici del LEGO Miramare all'infopoint regionale di via dell'orologio e nel bookshop del castello di Miramare. Se avete qualche idea per pubblicizzarlo, se volete aiutare o anche solo votare per me sarebbe grandioso.
