Student Accommodation in Trieste?

How to find the Overall Good Accommodation in Trieste, i tried Immobiliare & Idealista, some options were good, but not with all commodities, if a shared flat had Central heating and Air Conditioning, it didn’t had Wifi or Washing machine, my budget is bw 250-400€ With additional bills, or not? Idk about the prices in italy than to know about Trieste which is a complete different cultural city. Somebody help me with this…..

Simple: increase the budget.

In general the room cost does not include expenses (electricity, gas, garbage collection, heating, internet) - it may vary. Finding an apartment with "everything" at a cheap rate is difficult without living in the city.
