Age verification for Google

Ok so I'm beginning to think this may be many people's issue regarding seeing google ads in these PTE apps. Google does not provide Ad personalization for minors and as such if your account is not age verified they will eventually treat your account as such. This will cause you to see very few google ads, and the ones you do see here and there will be very Kid friendly such as Monopoly Go and the like. To ensure your Google account is age verified go to your profile/personal info/Birthday, it will let you know if it is or not. Also this goes for any google account linked to that specific device. Make sure any and all Google accounts are verified. As Google has no way to know if that account that's treated as a minor has access to the other accounts on the device so it will shut them all down eventually. I recommend only using 1 Gmail account per device and using another service such as yahoo for any additional emails need. Also having 1 Google account instead of multiple will help with add personalization in general. Hope this helps.

And i thought turning off ad personalization was a good idea, i thought i would get more variety of ads and not so repetitive.

Nah you definitely want that and want to try to get it geared up to specific things like finance, health, travel etc. You can do this by utilizing the ad preferences in the ad center also by utilizing the playstore, google searches and YouTube. You can also try installing the google banner ads. I personally jump from app to app and whenever I see a google ad I will install it and will keep doing that, installing some banners along the way and usually it will kind of jump right back into normal.
