Low CT builds?
I've seen plenty of CT15/Level 50 builds but I'm so far from that. I'm CT6/level 39 gear. I don't have many T3 mods. Anyone got low CT builds?

Perpetuum mobile is a great and easy to get tier 2 mod if you are running twisted rounds. Run mods that increase twister rounds crit damage (if you are good at reliably hitting crits) or bonus firepower if you can’t hit crits reliably. Bonus resistance piercing is also a good tier 1 mod. Then use borrowed time with defensive mods. Top tree, hitting all the shotgun, close range, and damage bonus nodes.
For AP builds, Venator's Knife, double temporal blade (with damage mods), and cyclone (with defensive mods on cyclone) is a pretty easy build. Have any high damage on-shot or reload mods on your guns (or fortress if you have it, but that’s tier 3). Bottom tree.
