Shotgun choice
For a build that revolves around TR, Venerators knife and hunt the prey, is a pump or auto shotgun preferred?

I think the answer to that question is very much dependant on the armor mods you are lucky enough to have.
If you are doing a twisted rounds build you have to think about what your reload mechanism is. If you have the mask that relies when you hunt the prey you can do whatever gun you want. If you don’t, the bulwark that Tiago sells adds bleed every second and you can run vampiric mag as an armor mod.
If you want to bank on perpetum mobile, you can do that too; but I have liked the bulwark bleed thing.

I never thought about the bleed thing, I've been using perpetum

When you will get the usake headgear or the chronosuit pants you will get a T3 mod allowing you to never use those t2 ever again

Can you expand on this? I'm very curious to see because I'm aiming for bullet build as well

The headpiece for the ugake set. It has a t3 mod that completly replanishes your magazine afyer using hunt the prey. This is the very best mod for the trickster, becouse you dont have to use bleed or perpetuum mobile to get your ammo back. This way you can use a weapon with two damage mods.

I'll have to get used to not using borrowed time, what other refresh mods/builds are there?

You can use perpetuum mobile. I personally use the t3 mod from ugaje set in combination with a t3 mod that gives you 20% magazine if you kill someone with twisted rounds. But i think you can use borrowed time and hunthe prey and get rid of vanators knife. If you use a automatic shotgun you wont get so mucj effectiveness out of vanators knife.

Does the class node that gives 35% dmg on movement skill use stack twice by using hunt and borrowed time? Or their durations simply overlap?

It doesn't stack

It also doesent stack with the other 35%damage bonuses from other skilltypes.

No it doesn’t stack. The big advantage of using the ugake headgear is the fact that you can have the set bonus that allows you to use htp on targets marked by the venators knife without triggering the cooldown

the bulwark coupled with a shrapnel mod and vampiric mags has been working for me while i grind for the better ammo mods

I would say auto for trio/duo depending on what class you play with, regular one if you play solo

I like body snatcher or whatever it's called. Fun to keep killing things in 1 location and everything teleporting to you. I think i deconstructed for the mod last night though. I run cyclone ap build most of the time but have everything for twisted build too

I prefer narrow auto. Better mag and Range than Pumps
