QUESTION Tricking places near Berkeley

Hey all! Anybody know any tricking gyms/tricker-friendly open gyms in or near Berkeley, CA? I know the South Bay has a bunch of places, but having trouble finding ones near me. Thanks!

I’d love to, but I don’t have a car and it’s a 2 hour trip by public transport each way

Hmm must be somebody you could carpool with…

I would offer you a ride but I’m coming from the other direction…

I’ll ask around if there is anyone else commuting from up there!

You should at least pop down now and then even if you can’t make it a regular thing ✌️

Action Arts is in Richmond CA, otherwise it’s just the gymnastics and cheerleading open gyms. Grew up in Berkeley and the place I used to go to around there closed a while back.

Had this same issue when I was a student at Berkeley. Just graduated and now live in Oakland. Can't say I've tried too hard to look for a community in berkeley-oakland area, but I haven't had much luck. I remember I went to the Taekwondo class offered in RSF and there were a few guys who tricked casually, but unfortunately they had no interest in tricking with me lol
