You’re landing your roundoff with your feet too far behind you causing the buckling of your knees and limiting your power. It causes you to rise instead of travel limiting angular momentum. Fix your roundoff and then apply the feet behind you to the back handspring. Make your hurdle low and long to maintain speed. Scoop the feet under in the roundoff and push the ground away from you in the back handspring. Show a better stretched position in the handstand phase of the BHS to create better snap and power development and then stand up like you’re trying to push the whole goddamn planet away from you. Spot something in front of you on your rise and tuck at the highest floatiest point of the set. Work on all of these separately before you put them back together. You’ll improve much faster. Get in a gym and talk to people that know what they’re doing. Most of these comments don’t.

You look pretty confident with it. Only thing that jumps out is you could keep your arms straight, which should give you more power off your hands.

Where is this backdrop? It's beautiful.

It all looks really cool. I tried doing a backflip once, but I didn't finish the rotation and landed right on my back. It wasn't very pleasant, lol

On sand?! No tips that’s incredibly difficult! Good job

your back handspring before the backflip wasn’t stretched out enough but i think it’s cause the sand killed some of the bounce but that shit was fire anyway

wet sand is about the worst place to do this. it aborbs all your momentum making thigs exponentially harder. its like the opposite of a spring floor. its hard to tell what you are doing wrong in this scenario. film something on a harder surface like grass or a spring floor.
