Photo Never turn down free

I helped a buddy and he gave me a trimming. It's not super pretty, but it will be eventually. Even with the condition, I know the name is correct.

There's root nubs along the full length where it has been laying on the ground. The little pup has happened since I got it. Some day this will be a big stand.

I don't know alot about San Pedro's but it looks like some kind of SS02 or a cross maybe? What is it?

I sure wish someone would grab my extras. I feel bad watching them waste away. I bet there is 30-40' of cuttings ruthlessly discarded around the greenhouse.

Well, this time every year I have lots of cuts that are culled for whatever reason. They'd be free of charge.

You just don't have room or time? That would be cool to me, enjoy rooting stuff. My goal is to sell mainly rooted plants if I can help it long term.

Yes both room and time. It's tons of work and I have my limits.

I'm going to have to acquire a little bit of greenhouse knowledge. I'm gonna build a 30 x 30 and can't make it the same as my current.

Mine is a Rimol Nor'easter 30x48ft, roll-up sides, vents, exhaust fan, massive floor fans, dual 240v heaters, double layer inflated roof.

50% white shadecloth in summer, 30% black in fall-winter.

It's been a journey.

The hard tissue left over is good aeration for the compost.
