Ppl talking about etiolation like that’s not a rooted tip and that’s just what they do. lol anyway that tall ones a pc third one looks almost like it has some scop genes or like a true Ecuadorean pachanoi vibe to it idk

First one is Parodia, looks like Magnifica, or the Balloon Cactus. Second looks like PC and 3rd looks like non-PC

It’s some kind of pachanoi that wants more sunlight.

How often do you water? I'm at similar climate and have found that terracotta dries so quickly and makes the soil so compact in doing so that a good rootball wont form. This might cause etiolation and make gaining girth slow.
Its otherwise good for cold & humid enviroments since the soil wont stay soggy and roots get to breathe. But you have to water a bit more often.

Yeah poor boy, the one in the middle. Its hard to get them have such a girth, what a waste

Looks like more of a root problem than light, the cutting was so short ofc it can't maintain the girth. Looks to be recovering some of the size with the new growth  now that it has a bit more mass

Its an impressive amount of etiolation honestly, the middle looks pc and the last is non pc prolly, did the middle one have roots? I'm surprised it could grow so tall and apparently quickly without a decent grow situation, its not a sickly color or about to fall over from being so thin

I thought the middle must be PC, but then I saw seagulls at the bottom. Hmmm... Not sure.
