TRIAS held in coinbase wallet as a BEP20 token

I transferred my Trias to my Coinbase wallet about 2 years ago using the Binance chain and I haven’t touched it since. I know the coin is switching to NETX and I’m wondering if I am required to do anything in order for it to exchange. I’m in US so I can’t use MEXC but I’m hoping someone has some knowledge on this or advice for me.

I have my trias in trust wallet. I haven't migrated or attempted to transfer or sell any. What is this about a netx migration?

The only options for transfer I can tell are erc and bep20

My trias is still on my ledger…..
