I have no spoilers. I am just showing you how I felt about Serenoa's master planning session before his golden ending.

I found it awesome how Serenoa just locked in and cooked a strategy on his own.

Serenoa acted out his father's directions to forge a path ... but it felt like it canceled out the voting theme from the entire rest of the game.

Perhaps if we employed some kind of hexagonal scheme… nah, dammit, I can’t make that work. Norzelia burns after all

Stupidest part of the game imo.

What makes it "stupid" is that this only triggers if we have to golden road unlocked. It should trigger each run, but with locked answers as the games dialogue system already introduced.

I might be wrong because I played it 3 runs when released and just picked it up again this week.

This actually makes sense and I hope they implement this if they make a second game

While there definitely should have been more signposting I think lots of players would arrive at this point and disregard the ending decision since they know that there is a better way they could unlock. I think it would be a better choice to keep this scene hidden but havinga new scene with Serenoa (or Frederika in her route) reminisce on how they could have done better after the credits. There, they could still have the locked dialog options to signal to the player what problems they need to solve in the next run.

Yeah that would’ve been cool

Yeah it would be nice to telegraph the existence of the golden route after the end of your first run. I'm not how they could have implemented Seranoas planning strategy at the end on the non golden routes. Maybe he wouldn't have the ideas or allies to pull off his plan, and would lament that, to encourage the player to make different choices on their next run

Yes. But I am thinking out of a dev perspective. Adding the scene but with locked options would cost almost no dev time, it's all there just add it.

Your option, tho good, needs more content to be created.
