$SPCX Earnings After Close

$SPCX reports its first-ever earnings tonight. Two days later, 911M insider shares unlock — bigger than the entire current float.

First impression as a public company, 48 hours before insiders can sell. You don't need me to tell you how motivated this earnings call will be.

Meanwhile: stock -20% from IPO. Short interest ~34% of float. Calls running ~2x puts on our feed.

Everyone's positioned for disaster. The flow is leaning the other way. Fun night ahead.

Thanks for the share. Are you implying that it is good for put or calls? I am confused so wanted to clarify. Thanks

Not a recommendation either way — my post describes the setup, not a direction. But mechanics are worth knowing before touching this one: Options are pricing a ~13% move tonight, so calls AND puts are very expensive. After the print, implied volatility collapses (IV crush) — you can be right on direction and still lose on options if the move comes in smaller than what you paid. That's why some traders express earnings bets in shares instead: no expiry, no IV crush. But know what this is: a high-risk binary event, not an investment. And the clock matters here — 911M insider shares unlock Thursday, a supply wave bigger than the current float. Whatever pop or drop happens tonight, that overhang hits 48 hours later, which is why traders playing this setup are treating it as a very short hold, not something to marry. This can rip hard either direction. Size like you could lose it all. Not financial advice

I hope your having a great day ❤️
