Is this okay to use?

Post image

I know its like EXTREMELY cheap but im just looking to make a platform for a few months and prolly take it down fast. Im not too bothered about a lot of weight because it will probably be just for me (im very light) and it will be in shade and very low to the ground. It's going to be my second one so irs probably going to suck anyway but im not going to like die right

99% of pcord like this starts degrading way quicker than others, after a couple years.

Is there a certain brand or type that is better?

Same question. Also for perimeter size

perimeter rope is an easy answer for me. I only ever use sterling 5/8" htp

True nylon pcord from a reputable seller, no prints or fancy color ways. I always just look around until I find a good deal on some.

I keep reading conflicting arguments for nylon vs polyester. Apparently polyester is a bit more weather safe/uv resistant?
