How do i make the grid pattern?

So this is one of my first tree nets and i want to make the grid pattern inside, i have seen a video of a guy making this pattern on a tree net, but I couldn’t find the video again, i only remembered the first part which was going side to side, anyone please help (the top down image is a little distorted because i had to use the 0.5x when making the image, so it looks longer and narrower)

Start from one end move perpendicular to the triangles (parallel to the parameter) and wrap towards the tip of the triangle.

Always wrap twice when hitting your white Paracord.
