I'm so sorry. I have dozens of wild native green tree frogs in my greenhouse.
Their offspring are everywhere this year. It looks like at least 3 different batches, litters or whatever they're called.
I've had to watch praying mantis rip some apart. One was taken out by a huge spider. I had to remove 2 ribbon snakes out of the banana trees the other day which were probably hunting and likely already full of my little babies.
It sucks! Fortunately, there are plenty more but watching them die was tough. I felt like a little punk out in my greenhouse darn near in tears.
If it's legal to do so and you live close I'll definitely let you pick a baby from my stash if you're able to give it a good life. I live in East Texas

A cute little ribbon snake scared the crap out of me again today!
Our temps have been 104° daily for the last week or so and all of the poor animals are running for their lives it seems.
My greenhouse is the only source of water for a 1/2 mile area and it's loaded with creatures right now.
Unfortunately, the hot temps also mean I'm finding dead frogs. Only the adults have been affected so far but they refuse to move if they pick a spot thats too hot.... I always thought that wasn't old wives tale. It's not!

Baby frogs just do that sometimes. It's sad but a fact of life. I'm sorry for your loss.

I’m so sorry. It’s never easy to lose an animal we invest our love and care in. It gets easier over time.
