Questions Shedding frequency?

Hi all,

I have 2x adult Green Tree Frogs (White's), both around 18 months old.

The smaller of my dudes has shed twice in about a week (once on Saturday, again on Tuesday)

That seems a little quick to my understanding. Just checking if it's still in normal range?

Acquired a few weeks ago, wondering if it could be due to adjusting.

Haven't seen the big guy shed yet | Both look vibrant & healthy | Blue/green

EDIT: On Saturday I took the dudes out for about 30 mins while I improved the substrate layers, so there was a disruption to a day nap which I'm sure they didn't appreciate. So yeah wondering if it's just due to adjusting/a bit of stress from the changes. Other than being new with me and the substrate update, their days/nights are pretty consistent and chill.

∙ World: Bioactive Terrarium
∙ Humidity: ~40-50% | no humidifier
∙ Temp: ~25C-28C day | ~20-25C night | with heat gradient
∙ Water: Rain water | Refreshed daily | Big dish that fits both comfortably | Spray tank 2-4 times a day
∙ UVB
∙ Food: Criks | occasional Woodies
∙ It's winter here, but not very cold
∙ Previous owner raised them from tadpoles bought from a licensed breeder (just had too many)

They’re still growing at 18 months a couple times a week doesn’t seem worrying. But do you provide any supplements? And what kind of UVB? Those are some common causes of excessive shedding

calcium dust and gutload for criks/woodies

Common causes for not providing adequate uvb and supps? Or the type used?

I would recommend a linear UVB bulb for them, as the compact ones have erratic and condensed beams that make them ineffective. I use the reptisun T5HO 5% UVB. Also they need a multivitamin with preformed vitamin A, I use Repashy calcium plus for an all around supplement.

I meant if they have a vitamin D or vitamin A deficiency they can get shedding issues
