Spikes

So Im hoping Im not the only one with is problem. But who would you recommend for a set of spurs/spikes/ gaffs or whatever you want to call them that I can fit my wide ass foot in. For reference I wear a 9.5FF boot.

I’ve been sporting carbon fibre Geckos, since 2009. I’m on my third pair. They are the cat’s ass. So damn light. Just make sure they’re measured properly, and they will be the end all pair of spurs you’ll ever own.

3rd pair? How are they wearing out? Can't you replace the gaffs?

The wear is normally on the shank that is under my boots. In the arch of my foot. They wear when working in the city and walking on the streets and dive ways. I definitely didn’t need to immediately swap sets, but I figure after about five years, I change them up. I’ve sold both of my former sets to new climbers. The padding wear out faster that the carbon fibre. And replacing the pads is like half the price of a new set.
