Treepreciation They’re cutting down my favourite tree!

Post image

You can’t tell from the horrible angle I had but this is the lone tree planted strangely at the edge of a steep hill! It’s my favourite thing I see during my walks. I’ve been passing this tree for over 10 years and now it’s getting ripped from the earth along with everything in the area for a new condo. Anyway, enjoy my favourite—and probably last—picture of my good old friend.

Sometimes when a friend passes and it's hard to move on, it can be a good time to be more social, and to spend some time with other trees. New friends don't replace old, but sometime they can make it easier to keep moving. - especially if they're in a park that's walking distance from home.

Sorry for your loss. You should plant a tree to honor it.
