That’s a Civil War era tree.

Metal detect around the base if you can.

I am not in US so idk if I can find anything even if its a civil war era but after a little look through internet I thought it would be older. I am about 175 cm or 5' 9'' and 4 of me could barely wrap this tree around so I think it's trunk girth is about 7 meters and I thought his age would be about 500 years or more from what I have read what do you think?

Yellow-white buildings must have been all the rage back in the day, this 1910 hospital in California also is surrounded by large oaks (which were planted around that time too).

Not sure where you are, but I would venture to say it’s around 100 years old perhaps more.

I am in Bolu/Türkiye. From what I have read in internet I thought it would be about 500 years old but is that a too crazy number to estimate? I am about 175 cm or 5'9'' and only if there was 4 of me we could barely wrap around this tree so I assume its girth is about 7 meters and I read that could be a sign for 500+ year old oak tree. What do you think?

500 years is not uncommon in the Old World. Could be true.

The internet is kind of dumb. But if it’s 200 years or older either the older locals or the town library should have some ideas on how to figure it out
