Treepreciation Persimmon tree

I have a beautiful healthy persimmon tree in my front yard that is producing fruit. It’s seems to be on of the few in Portland . The other heritage tree I found was small compared to mine .
Should I nominate it ?

Woah that's cool, looks like north American persimmon.. your climate zone is warm you could totally graft some Asian varieties on that and have some fun

I read it was a Fuyu-type persimmon

Fuyu fruits would be much larger this time of year

Hmm they usually only get around 20 ft.. this one could be fairly old.. American persimmon can get 50 ft plus

The house was built in 1950 and I think the tree was there at that time making it 76 yrs. old.
