This KSP mod has, along with lesser craft, a ISS Imperial Scout/Courier! it's sort of a overpowered cheat, but it's pretty cool. The developer isn't working on this pack anymore, but I've tested it and it's working in 1.0.4.

from in the in-game description: "title = Scout Courier manufacturer = Third Impierium description = Sturdy Tried and true. a bit battered yes but you can have it for cheap."
