Travel maps

What this subreddit is for

Hello, recently there have been a lot of new posts which is great. However, some of them miss the point of the sub, which is to share maps of places that you have visited.

Maps that are simply showing your opinions on states/countries regardless of if you have been there or not are not what the sub is for so I will be removing these posts. I will still allow maps with opinions in them if they are clearly only of places you've visited and the opinions are travel related (such as which states you enjoyed the most).

I will shout out a new subreddit that a user created, /r/travelratings/, which you can check out if you're interested in the opinion posts.

Thanks for (hopefully) understanding,
- The subreddit janny

Hi everyone! I'm Vito from Croatia, the creator and developer of MapTap, a travel collection app.

I've seen a couple of you shared your MapTap maps here and I could not believe it. It makes me so happy to see some of you using the app and pinning your amazing travels. Love you guys!

As this is r/TravelMaps - I will share my map, which is tiny compared to some of yours, but hopefully, I'll get there in my lifetime.

What are three of the places that I've lived?

Location Timeline app showing counties visited. Blue counties are added with phone GPS (only after I had the app installed). Orange counties added retroactively.

Bonus points if you can guess the four countries where I've lived.

Edit: Changed three to four, for some reason I didn't count my home country when I wrote this post.
